This year I am raising money for Dayton Children's On Our Sleeves movement for children's mental health. 

On Our Sleeves is very near and dear to my heart. I've had the privilege of being part of the team who has brought On Our Sleeves to the Dayton region and have gotten to witness firsthand the impact it is having on kids in our community. 

We know that our country is facing a mental health crisis for our kids. On Our Sleeves provides resources to caregivers to help them build resiliency in our kids and prevent the future of this crisis. 

Why do I love On Our Sleeves?

I personally benefit greatly from the resources from On Our Sleeves. My kids love using the conversation starters and we've had so many great conversations about emotions thanks to what I've learned from these tools. 

What will your money help support?

Giving to On Our Sleeves at Dayton Children's helps us to continue to come alongside parents, teachers and other caregivers in our community in supporting children's mental health at an early age. Your support will directly help fund resources such as:

- Conversation starter card packs

- Classroom kits

- Emotion Explorer activity books

- Creating Connections calendar 

- And more mental wellness activities for the community!
